Ugh, I gained a pound this morning.  Seriously?!  I only cheated once this past week by having a SPRINKLE of parmesan cheese.  I would've expected a gain last week when we were in Cleveland from eating out all weekend and having a glass of wine.  These are the most stubborn difficult pounds I've ever had to shed.  It appears not even JC is really working that well.  My consultant said it could be awhile for my hormones to become normal again.  I mean, I'm having a menstrual cycle every two weeks for two weeks.  My friend who had a baby last October said she didn't become regular until AUGUST!  Wow, that's a long time.  I haven't been working out because the past few weeks that seemed to actually help the weight losses.  But, maybe my metabolism needs a change again so I worked out this morning.  I guess I'll start doing every other day again to see if that helps things.


Breakfast - 

JC  Breakfast Stuffed Sandwich


1/2 cup organic fat-free milk

1 cup coffee with 1 tbsp. creamer

Snack - 

JC Oatmeal Raisin Anytime Bar

Lunch - 

Green beans, broccoli, asparagus

JC Turkey Burger

Snack -


Dinner -

JC Chicken Carbonara

Salad (mixed greens, peppers, mushrooms) 2 tbsp. southwestern ranch

Snack - 

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
